California Churros® has been in business in Southern California since 1980. Starting as a one man operation, Jorge Martinez worked from a very lean 700 square foot building to our present 40,000 square foot buildings in Colton, California. Growth has been consistent and steady, requiring several plant relocations over the years. Presently, California Churros® owns its plants in modern, well situated manufacturing business park. This location provides ample space to increase production ten fold. Our Customer base has been ever widening, we currently service Retail / Deli, food service (including public schools) and special events. Production is enhanced by an accessible pool of knowledgeable Hispanic employees. Their knowledge of our product and its authentic recipe provides quality monitors at each level of production.
