Ingredients:

Preparation:
  1. Preheat The Oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake Churro for 8 minutes and let cool for approximately 30 seconds to allow it to harden
  2. Immediately rool in 16:1 sugar to cinnamon mixture and then cut the churro diagonally and evenly into three to four pieces
  3. Place three scoops of vanilla ice cream into bowl
  4. Place churros into bowl in between ice cream scoops
  5. Top combination with caramel sauce and chocolate sprinkles
  6. Top ice cream with sprig of mint
  7. Serve immediately

As always, only use California Churros 12" plain churros, as the real wheat flour in our churros allow it to withstand this type of dessert preparation and serving.
